It generates a very peculiar feeling to start something that you have been waiting for so long , mentalizing, and dreaming. The night before our planned departure, I couldn't sleep from nerves, anxiety, and excitement about what was coming. It was one of those nights when my mind was overflowing with all kinds of thoughts, positive and negative. We then confessed that we were relieved to wake up that morning to our alarms at 5 am. and see the magnitude of cyclone Gamma, which would give us one more day in Tulum. We ended up leaving a day late, but with fresh air, clear skies, and greater mental and emotional tranquility. After all, after the storm, they say that calm is coming .

Today that I write this, we have completed exactly 3 weeks of filming, and we have now reawakened with the tropical storm Zeta giving us one more day of rest in Mérida. We joke among ourselves that it seems that we are hunting hurricanes, but in reality these storms of the Greek alphabet have had a substantial influence along the way. When you travel by bicycle and sleep outdoors in a hammock or in a tent, you end up paying close attention to the forecast and the weather conditions. For example, due to the impact of Delta and as a precaution to Epsilon, we decided to change our itinerary and went directly to El Cuyo instead of going through Holbox Island. It was in that little piece of beach where we chose to set up our camp that we met our puppy: Delta -since the hurricane also diverted her course and led her to meet us in an unexpected but destined way.

I like to think that living in this state more vulnerable to the environment and all its inhabitants has made us develop a little more to s the sense of intuition. Us is to teach to live m to s instinctively. Know when to follow. Cu to NDO stop. Find that step in which we feel comfortable. Distinguish between our wants and our needs. And above all, to be able to communicate it with the rest of the group. Our family has multiplied from two to five individuals: five personalities, five appetites, five internal rhythms, five ways of doing things. Living in sincron í all non - s time you orit is difficult if not impossible, but we are learning to read the cycles and behaviors of others to find a point where we can all be and live together.

As for our d í to ad ed, we like to wake up as early as possible to get advantage of the midday sun ... which does not always happen. Breakfast can vary a lot, but we always try to rush for the same thing. Which does not always happen either. In general, our meals depend a lot on what we find along the way, be it in little shops, in snack stalls, or if we are lucky, what our generous hosts offer us. Until today I can say that one of the greatest pleasures was after pedaling for hours in the sun, buy a watermelon in the market Panabá, and bring it to the tiny kitchen in front to prepare us water, fr í ay ice . Uffff! Are those moments that I realize that é ste and many other aspects, the bike has offered me an incredibly experience unlike any other form of travel. The time and effort f í sico requiring all make sense am I to s detail more closely, and even m to s appreciation and gratification towards small ñ os enjoyments of life.

According to the golden rule, s or so needed 21 d í as for an action becomes h to Bito. Just closing our third week of travel, I can say with certainty that although I have not settled into any routine, I am beginning to get used to this cycling flow. And tell them é when they have passed 90 d í as if I can turn that h to bito into a lifestyle.
